Measure Technician

About the role

The Measure Technician, also known as the Order Verification Specialist, is responsible for the timely completion of the order verification process for each replacement order in their assigned area of responsibility. Their primary function includes gathering correct job site and product requirements and communicating installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowner customers.

Responsibilities

• Gather correct job site and product requirements
• Communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowner customers
• Assist with installation recovery work as needed
• Strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customers

Requirements

• Full-time, hourly paid, onsite role with a traditional weekday work schedule Monday - Friday 7am-4:30pm
• Primarily covers Michigan territory, typically a 90-minute radius from Auburn Hills
• Construction or handyman knowledge
• Good communication and time management skills
• Prior window and door installation experience is a plus
• Good standing driver's license required
