Measure Technician

About the role

The Measure Technician, also known as the Order Verification Specialist, is responsible for the timely completion of the order verification process, both virtually and in person, for each replacement order in their assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Gather correct job site and product requirements
• Clearly communicate installation processes to set realistic expectations with homeowner customers
• Auxiliary support with installation recovery work as required
• Strive for 100% "Very Satisfied" customer ratings

Requirements

• Construction or handyman knowledge
• Good communication and time management skills
• Prior window and door installation experience is preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Pay

Typical pay range is $26-$27/hour with overtime opportunity. Actual pay rate is based on experience.

Schedule

This role is a full-time, hourly paid, onsite position with a traditional weekday work schedule from Monday to Friday, 7am-4:30pm. This role primarily covers the Maumee and Toledo Ohio territories.
