Measure Tech – Residential Exterior Remodeling (VA)

About the role

Presidential Exteriors is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Measure Tech to join their Virginia team. You'll be the link between the sale and the install—getting out in the field to capture precise measurements, confirm scope, and set each residential exterior remodeling project up to be completed accurately and on time. The right person is sharp with details, communicates clearly, and enjoys solving problems on the ground.

What You'll Do

• Conduct accurate field measurements to confirm project scope and material requirements
• Analyze project margins, purchase materials, and coordinate installation crews
• Maintain detailed, accurate project documentation and reports
• Monitor project progress and key deliverables from measurement through completion
• Serve as the communication link between project teams, customers, and installation crews

What You Bring

• Required:
• Proven experience in project coordination, construction management, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of the construction industry
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and crews
• Proficiency with project management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
• A detail-oriented, deadline-driven mindset
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PREFERRED:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, construction management, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000 – $80,000 per year + potential commissions

Schedule & Location

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with the schedule alternating to accommodate occasional Saturdays
