Meals on Wheels Site Manager - Kingston, Hanover

About the role

OCES is expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, and others. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services, promoting healthy, safe living to help consumers stay active and engaged in their communities. Through an experienced and diverse workforce, OCES upholds the independence and dignity of its consumers by delivering essential information and services that foster healthy, safe living and positively impact the community.

Responsibilities

• Understand and follow regulations and procedures
• Provide care and sensitivity to the served population
• Provide nutritious meals to consumers
• Oversee food service operations for the Meals on Wheels Program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or degree preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Food service experience desirable (not required)

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Schedule

• 35‑hour work week with some flexibility
