Meals on Wheels Site Manager - Brockton Various Locations

About the role

OCES is expanding to 11 more towns covering the south shore area, including Quincy, Braintree, Weymouth, and others. OCES supports older adults and individuals with disabilities by providing vital information and coordination of services, promoting healthy, safe living to help consumers stay active and engaged in their communities. The mission is to support independence and dignity through an experienced and diverse workforce delivering essential information and services. The position oversees food service operations at assigned meal sites for the Meals on Wheels Program, providing nutritious meals to consumers.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and follow regulations and procedures
• Ability to provide care and sensitivity to the served population
• Provide nutritious meals to consumers
• Oversee food service operations

Requirements

• High School Diploma/Degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• Food service experience desirable (not required)

Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Passion for helping others and desire to make a difference

Schedule
