Responsibilities
- Maintain professional communication across departments and distribute airline catering operational information as needed
- Coordinate with airline stations regarding flight schedules, passenger counts, and meal orders
- Provide accurate production and flight data to operational and production teams
- Generate and distribute production forecasts, delivery plans, and operational reports
- Maintain and update airline passenger information within company systems
- Support daily production planning for fresh, high-quality food items
- Communicate and coordinate operational tasks with multiple departments
- Attend meetings with production and operational teams to support planning and problem-solving initiatives
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in an administrative, operations, or logistics-related role
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of MS Navision, AirVision, and SITA is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and customer service
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature environments

$23.00 - $25.00 hourly
