About the role

We are seeking an outstanding and passionate educator to join our Secondary School leadership team as Head of Year 7 (2027) at our co-educational Kindergarten to Year 12 Meadow Springs Campus. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the pastoral care, wellbeing, and personal development of our Year 7 students as they begin their Secondary School journey.

We are looking for an educator who is committed to building positive relationships with students, staff, and families, and who will foster a culture of belonging, engagement, and success.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the welfare, wellbeing, and pastoral care of all students within the Year 7 cohort.
• Work closely with the Head of Secondary, Deputy Head of Pastoral Care/Service, Year Group Teachers, Heads of Department, Learning Enrichment staff, and the School Counsellor.
• Provide leadership that promotes student wellbeing, engagement, resilience, and academic success.
