MDU Poles Maintenance Technician

About the role

Hiring for weekend shifts for our McWane Pole Division. Must be available to work 3 12-hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Day shift and Graveyard shift available.

Responsibilities

• $29.17 - $35.66 to start DOE

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or certifications preferred
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics

Skills

• Working knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V)
• Familiar with PLCs and troubleshooting control systems
• Proficient in mechanical systems, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors
• Welding, cutting, and fabrication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
