MDT - Flex Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver - Day Shift

About the role

The position is a Flex Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver needed for Odeko, a company that supports independent coffee shops and cafes through its web portal and mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company delivery vehicles (including vans and box trucks) across the greater PA area.
• Execute local vendor pickups and transport customer orders safely.
• Load and unload vehicles, safely using hand trucks and dollies to navigate stairs, ramps, and sidewalks.
• Review orders for accuracy and resolve any customer issues in real time.
• Use RF scanners to identify, pull, and assemble customer orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (hand trucks, pallet jacks, and carts).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse.

Requirements

• Must have held a valid Pennsylvania State Driver’s License for at least 4 years with a clean driving record (PA License required upon hire).
• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience AND 1 year of picking/packing experience is preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift and move boxes up to 60 lbs., and comfortably climb in and out of delivery vehicles throughout a shift.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to use handheld routing devices/technology.
• Excellent communication skills (must read, write, and speak English).

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule

Full-time: Warehouse Days (Sun-Thurs, 9am–5pm); Driving Days (Mon–Fri, 6am–5pm)

Part-time schedules can be discussed during the interview.
