MDS Nurse (RN)

About the role

Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the resident assessments (MDS) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines, including the completion of CAAs and Care Planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Direct care staff, residents/families, Physicians, healthcare providers and facility inter-disciplinary teams as you complete the assigned MDS assessments.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN for the appropriate State with strong assessment and care planning skills.
• 2 - 3 years experience working as an RN is required.
• MDS experience recommended, not required.
• RNs with some long-term care experience, a strong passion for working with the senior population, and experience in Nurse Supervisor roles are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• You will receive excellent, hands-on training to learn MDS, Marquis nursing systems and procedures.
