About the role
Perform the accurate and timely completion of Minimum Data Sets (MDS's) as required by regulation and facility practices.
Shift: full-time
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered LPN license to practice in CO
- Experience as a MDS Nurse in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 is required
