About the role

The RN - Clinical Reimbursement Coordinator at Benedictine plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of life for residents by reviewing cases, determining reimbursement care mix levels, and assisting with the MDS process.

Responsibilities

• Reviews cases and determines reimbursement care mix levels
• Audits care plan implementation through the Triple Check process
• Aids clinical and therapeutic departments with the MDS process

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing
• Experience in geriatric nursing
• Knowledge of MDS, Medicare, assessment, and care-planning processes
