About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of developers and contributing to the design and development of innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Participate in code reviews and pair programming sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or related field.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of developers.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and software architecture principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and automation tools.
