Are you an LPN with prior Minimum Data Set (MDS) experience? Join our team as an MDS Coordinator.
About the role
You will develop, implement, and coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, ensuring compliance with current professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations.
This is a part-time position, 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with professional practice standards, physician's orders, company policies, and local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of practice
- Working knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs, LTC payer systems, the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA), the RAI process, and the MDS process preferred
- Prior nursing experience in a long-term care facility
