MDS Coordinator LPN

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all of the facility Medicare and Managed Care residents as directed by the Resident Assessment Director.
• Oversight of all service provided during inpatient stay from admission to discharge.
• Accurate and timely completion of all OBRA required assessments.
• Viewed as a key financial and clinical member of the management team.
• Not subject to nursing “call” schedules.

Qualifications

• Current, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in State of practice.
• Well-versed in inter-personal communications.
• Familiar with the RAI process and Case Management.
• Able to read, write, and speak English.
• Mandatory to meet all local health regulations and pass post-employment physical exam if required.
• Mandated to complete drug screening, criminal background investigation, and reference inquiry.

Pay

Competitive pay range: $50.00 - $52.00 /hr
