MDM STIBO Lead Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and system configurations.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure project delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Maintain focused governance over project scope and identify additional project opportunities.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with STIBO STEP PIM platform.
• Deep understanding of Data Modeling Concepts, Hierarchies, Contexts, Classifications, Workflows, WebUI, Integration Endpoints, Event Processors.
• Knowledge of designing solutions using Business rule (JavaScript), Business Process Workflows, STEP Component Model.
• Experience in JavaScript and Java programming (STIBO Extension APIs).
• Experience with STEP integration frameworks — OIEP, IIEP, STEPXML, REST endpoints.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience in all phases of the project life cycle from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release planning.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with both onshore and offshore development and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, written and oral communication skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.
• STIBO certification is a plus.
