About the Role

In this role, you will focus on the accuracy, completeness, and accessibility of data to drive effective decision-making and business operations.

Your work will involve implementing data quality control measures, performing data cleansing and validation, and monitoring data integrity. You will manage data operations, including data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes, to ensure the smooth functioning of data management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and manage master data management (MDM) solutions
  • Lead significant projects to enhance business processes
  • Innovate processes to achieve operational excellence
  • Utilize proficiency in MDM platforms to drive client success
  • Develop top-performing and diverse teams
  • Assure client satisfaction through strategic planning
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment
  • Provide strategic insights to enhance business solutions
  • Implement data quality control measures, perform data cleansing and validation, and monitor data integrity
  • Manage data operations, including data acquisition, transformation, and loading processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 9 years of experience

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Informatica, Riversand, Profisee
  • Designing taxonomies and item catalog categories
  • Architecting end-to-end MDM solutions
  • Experience with MDM publication and consolidation
  • Knowledge of data quality systems and processes
  • Functional business knowledge in specific data domains
  • Ability to relate MDM systems to business use cases

Pay

The salary range for this position is $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
