MDM Architect

About the Role

For our client, we are seeking an MDM Architect to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise MDM solutions and data governance standards
• Establish trusted Golden Records through identity resolution and matching techniques
• Configure and optimize enterprise MDM platforms for high-quality data management
• Develop secure and scalable APIs and data services for enterprise applications
• Build cloud-native data pipelines to support analytics and operational needs
• Collaborate with governance teams to monitor and improve master data quality
• Champion best practices for data accessibility and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in data architecture, engineering, or enterprise data management
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions
• Experience with MDM platforms like Ataccama ONE, Reltio, or similar
• Strong expertise with AWS data services and cloud-based platforms
• Hands-on experience with data transformation tools like dbt and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Pulumi

Pay

Compensation: $140,000 – $185,000 annually
