MD Admissions Committee
About the role
The mission of the Admissions Committee is to admit a diverse class of outstanding students who show great promise for becoming creative leaders in medicine and science. Responsibilities
- Determine admission criteria and standards for the MD and MD-PhD programs.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applications.
- Make final decisions regarding admissions.
- Ensure diversity and inclusivity in the incoming class.
Requirements
Experience in medical education, admissions, or related fields is preferred. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion are essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (optional).
- At least 3 years of professional experience in admissions or related areas.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of medical school admissions processes and policies.
- Experience with data analysis and evaluation tools.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
