Role Responsibilities

• Lead the Experience: Manage and oversee crew schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspiration and Empower: Provide positive leadership to both crew and managers, with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experience.
• Teamwork Matters: Supervise and uphold food safety and cleanliness measures to meet McDonald's standards.
• Proactive Leadership: Take initiative regarding safety, security, inventory management, and profitability.
