Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs and departmental procedures with strict adherence to cGMP requirements.
  • Support the processing of materials for manufacturing facilities, including picking, dispensing, staging activities.
  • Perform material handling in a warehouse environment, including safe operation of Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIVs) as required.
  • Gown to Grade 8-9 and work in classified dispensary areas.
  • Identify, escalate, and support resolution of potential risks related to dispensing, warehouse, or manufacturing support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete operational activities associated with warehousing and dispensing.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, work center team activities, safety programs, and internal operational excellence projects.
  • Provide support during regulatory inspections and be prepared to present information to auditors as required.
  • Identify operational issues, roadblocks, and process improvement opportunities; communicate effective solutions to area management.
  • Maintain the Kanban system for consumables.
  • Support ATO external warehouse operations and related tasks.
  • Collaborate with Global Distribution teams to meet evolving business needs.
  • Complete all transactions promptly, accurately, and in compliance with applicable procedures.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree.
  • GMP/GDP experience in quality, dispensing, manufacturing, warehousing, and/or shipping.
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical.
  • Experience supporting documentation revisions in CDOCS.
  • Knowledge of DQMS (Digital Quality Management System) and QMTS (Quality Management Tracking System), including support for deviation investigations and ownership of minor deviations and CAPAs.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles.
  • Familiarity with scales and weighing operations.
  • Experience gathering metrics, preparing reports, and presenting findings to area management.
  • Experience supporting internal operational excellence projects.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams.

Pay

Payrate: $26.00 - $27.00/hr.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $26.00 - $27.00 /hr.

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
