About the role

Kering is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in product development and a strong understanding of consumer trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product features and requirements
• Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field
• Proven track record of successful product launches
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury goods industry preferred
• Knowledge of product development methodologies and tools
• Understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics
• Fluency in English
