MCIS Trainer with Security Clearance

About the role

This position is contingent upon award. The MCIS Trainer will support CSA Global LLC’s program at Fort Leavenworth in Kansas, conducting both formal and informal MCIS training.

Responsibilities

• Conducts both formal information system operator training and informal over-the-shoulder MCIS training during collective training events.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes individual MCIS and simulation training at squad to corps echelons.
• Performs classroom setup, networking of systems and supporting simulations, and instruction on applicable MCIS.
• Executes training on the system in accordance with Army standard POI following approved course instructional times.

Requirements

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.
• Education: High School Diploma.
• Experience: Must be certified and current with Army training doctrine; at least 2 years of MCIS teaching experience; has served as assistant instructor for the same courseware; has completed a course of study and subsequent experience in Army MCIS and MCIS software systems; has operated the system; and at least 4 years’ service in support to the Army or other defense service.
• Additional: Contractors should plan for cross-training to ensure all employees remain operationally and doctrinally relevant.
