About the role

Arcos Dorados, the franchise that operates McDonald’s in Costa Rica, is launching its “Ruta de Empleo” initiative to hire entry-level staff for its restaurants. The roles are designed for individuals with no prior work experience and offer flexible schedules, training programs, and educational assistance.

Schedule

Recruitment events will take place from Monday, September 8 to Thursday, September 11, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. at the following locations:

• Monday, September 8: McDonald’s Escazú
• Tuesday, September 9: McDonald’s Guachipelín
• Wednesday, September 10: McDonald’s Santa Ana
• Thursday, September 11: McDonald’s Alajuelita

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Completed ninth grade of high school
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Passion for customer service and ability to work in a team are valued
