Candidate Qualifications
MD or DO degree, or at least 2 years of experience as an MCAT tutor or instructor
A 515+ MCAT score (>90th percentile) is preferred for tutors and instructors
Strong MCAT subject knowledge and experience teaching pre-med, MCAT, or medical students
Confident, engaging, fun, and natural on camera, with strong vocal delivery
Comfortable using a teleprompter, taking direction, and completing multiple takes
Job Responsibilities
- Present MCAT educational videos for UWorld's learning platform
- Create original MCAT videos for social media
- Review assigned content and arrive prepared for filming
- Deliver content clearly, naturally, and accurately on camera
- Collaborate with the Project Manager/Video Lead and apply production feedback
Filming and Travel
- Filming takes place in person at UWorld's studio in Dallas, Texas
- UWorld will arrange and cover round-trip airfare to Dallas for scheduled filming sessions
- Recording dates will be coordinated with selected talent in advance
- Work will primarily be completed during scheduled preparation and filming sessions
