About the role
As a Model-Based Systems Engineer, you will:
- Provide on-site MBSE support at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
- Develop high-fidelity Systems Modeling Language (SysML) architecture models focused on foreign missile systems and Command & Control (C2) systems.
- Create integrated DoDAF-compliant system architecture views and SysML artifacts.
- Collaborate with government technical leads, product owners, and agency stakeholders on system modeling and requirements.
- Produce high-quality technical and design documentation in support of system development and analysis.
- Drive MBSE standardization, integration, and best practices across the joint environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of systems engineering experience with a BS/BA OR 3+ years of relevant experience with MS/MA (An additional 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.)
- TS/SCI clearance adjudicated and able to pass a polygraph.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and tools.
- Experience developing SysML artifacts in support of real-world systems.
- Familiarity with ITASE (Integrated Threat Analysis and Simulation Environment).
- Familiarity with the Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work across multiple agencies and locations in a coordinated technical team.
Preferred Qualifications
- TS/SCI with Poly.
- Experience supporting or working within the Intelligence Community (IC).

Details
Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000.
