MBD software developer (After treatment)

About the role

As a MBD software developer at Tata Technologies, you will play a crucial part in designing, engineering, and validating the next-generation automotive products for leading manufacturers. This role requires expertise in MATLAB/Simulink, Autosar, and strong testing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain algorithms for control systems using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Work on both CSAR and application layers, including model development and stateflow modeling.
• Perform unit, integration, and HIL testing using tools like Calterm and Polyspace.
• Manage requirements and debug complex problems in the context of fuel systems, air handling, performance features, and ADAS domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components into the overall vehicle architecture.

Requirements

• Experience with MATLAB scripting, Simulink, and stateflow for Model in Loop (MIL), Simulation In Loop (SIL), and Polyspace testing.
• Knowledge of Auto code generation and build processes.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of Fuel System and Air Handling systems, Performance features, and ADAS domains.
• Experience with Windchill and ClearCase for version control.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to develop, maintain, and test algorithms related to control systems.
• Experience with open-loop test benches and debugging.
• Knowledge of automotive standards such as Autosar.
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink.
• Experience with testing tools like Calterm and Polyspace.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule
