MB-Lead Product Designer

For our client, we are seeking a MB-Lead Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead product design for a flagship offering, guiding work from problem framing through launch while helping shape the broader product experience. You will partner closely with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions and translate complex challenges into elegant, scalable solutions. The position also calls for strong design leadership across the product suite, with a focus on quality, accessibility, and design system consistency. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $109,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Own end-to-end design for a flagship product, from problem framing to launch Shape design direction across the product suite, establishing quality standards Partner with product and engineering leadership to influence roadmap decisions Translate complex problems into clear, scalable design solutions Drive research and usability testing to inform design decisions Set high standards for interaction quality, visual craft, and accessibility Mentor designers and model lead-level thinking in critique and strategy Qualifications 8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of complex, multi-surface projects Experience designing for AI functionality and using an AI pattern library Fluency in interaction design and visual craft with a high quality standard Proven ability to contribute to scalable design systems across products Experience influencing product strategy alongside PMs and engineers Strong research skills, including usability testing and data analysis Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels Benefits Comprehensive benefits package supporting health and well-being Opportunities for professional growth and development Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
