About the Role

As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Technician, you will drive and execute Lean Manufacturing initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability across our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including:
  • 5STPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
  • Kanban
  • Value Stream Mapping
  • Visual Factory tools
• Lead and support Kaizen events and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop process maps, metrics, and control plans for manufacturing processes.
• Train and coach associates, process owners, and project teams on Lean methodologies and improvement tools.
• Implement process improvements that reduce costs, improve quality, increase efficiency, and support machine reliability.
• Act as a change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the plant.

Qualifications

• Some college experience preferred.
• Strong change management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Self-motivated with strong follow-through and sense of urgency.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement programs is highly valuable.
