Responsibilities
- Partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season.
- Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products.
- Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands.
- Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling.
- Unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
- Mercandise and organize product on the sales floor.
- Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking.
- Implement point of purchase materials.
- Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events.
- Manage time entry, attend meetings, trainings, check email etc.
- Manage administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https://Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday.
- A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication to receive SMS(text) or voice call.
- Must have access to reliable internet.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations (gas mileage reimbursement per company policy).
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster or otherwise able to reliably service the assigned territory.
- Physical Requirements: Stand, bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach, walk for long periods of time, climb ladders up to 12' tall, lift up to 25 pounds frequently, 50 pounds occasionally, push/pull carts containing product - occasionally up to 100 lbs, operate power tools (screwdriver & drill).

- Mercandising, retail or customer service experience (preferred, but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ensure tasks are completed efficiently with a strong sense of urgency.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Bring a flexible, adaptable mindset and enjoy collaborating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn new skills with a safety-first mentality.
- Tech-savvy (smartphone, apps).
- Ready to make an impact this holiday season.

Benefits
