About the role

As a Seasonal Team Associate, you’ll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. We are looking for enthusiastic temporary team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to drive results and make magic happen this holiday season! This job can open the door to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.

Responsibilities

• Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products
• Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands
• Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly scheduling
• Unpack cases of various Mattel toys
• Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor
• Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking
• Implement point of purchase materials
• Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events
• Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing time entry, attending meetings, trainings, checking email etc.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED
• Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends
• Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
