What you’ll be doing
- Serving customers on the counter and over the phone
- Understanding customer needs
- Finding the right parts
- Making sure customers leave happy
- Working closely with the logistics team
- Helping keep the branch running smoothly
Who we’re looking for
- Communicates well and enjoys talking to customers
- Can pick up systems quickly
- Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work
- Stays calm under pressure
- Broughts a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude
- Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential
Training & progression
- SDL Sales Academy
- Hands-on product and systems training
- Promotion based on attitude and performance

Hours
42.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm
Every other Saturday (5 hours)
30-minute meal break each day
