Capital Preparatory Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive salaries for first-year Illuminators, ranging from $62,784 for non-certified bachelor's degree holders to $79,200 for those with a master's degree and certification. Salary is commensurate with years of lead teaching experience, education level, and certification status.
