Position Details
The Mathematics department in the College of Social Sciences, Mathematics & Education at University of Tampa invites applications for part-time instructors in Mathematics. Responsibilities will include teaching Introductory Algebra, College Algebra, Finite Mathematics, Precalculus, or Calculus for Business. (Note: All courses are 4 credits.)
Responsibilities
- Create a syllabus for the course.
- Provide a meeting time for students.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Master's Degree with at least 18 graduate level credit hours in mathematics.
- Teaching experience preferred.
Qualifications
Applications for part-time positions are accepted on a continuous basis and reviewed by the department when openings become available. Future teaching assignments are on a term-by-term basis which may include fall, spring and summer.
