Position Summary Information
The purpose of this position is to assist the Mathematics Department with daily operations and to provide clerical support.
- Minimum Qualifications: At least thirty (30) college credit hours completed.

- Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree.
- Six (6) months office/clerical related experience.
- Experience using mobile technology and devices.
- Knowledge of Canvas and WebDMS.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Friendly disposition in person or on the phone.

Job Duties
- Maintain an organized and neat facility.
- Answer telephones and process mail.
- Maintain and stock office and instructional supplies.
- Provide clerical assistance to the administrative assistant and chairs.
- Assist with maintaining inventory of technology, equipment and books.
- Assist students as needed.
- Monitor the office for students needing assistance.
- Other duties as assigned.
