About the role

As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support to our clients. This includes troubleshooting software issues, assisting with data migration, and ensuring that all client systems are running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote access tools
• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues
• Migrate data from one system to another as needed
• Document procedures and best practices for future reference
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective problem resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems
• Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
