About the Role
Mathnasium, the #1 math-only learning center with over 1,000 locations, is seeking a Math Tutor to help K-12 students catch up, keep up, and get ahead through personalized tutoring. No lesson planning or stress—just teach math and make a difference.
What You'll Do
- Teach Kindergarten through Pre-Calculus, including SAT/ACT material
- Make math fun for up to 4 students at a time using the Socratic method with ready-made lessons
- Motivate students with real-world examples and track their progress
- Team-teach alongside the Center Director
What You Need
- Strong math skills through Algebra I (Geometry or higher preferred)
- Love working with kids
- Pass a background check
- Available 2+ weekday afternoons

Flexible PM shifts of 3–4 hours, 2 or more weekdays—perfect for students or professionals.
Training
Paid training provided. No experience? We train you. Curriculum is built by our Curriculum Team, so there's no prep work. Advancement path available to Lead Instructor or full-time roles.
