About the role
St. Joseph’s Academy is seeking a temporary Math Interventionist/Algebra I Teacher to serve from approximately late October through early February during a maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Support student achievement in mathematics by providing individual and small-group intervention to students who need additional academic support.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to promote student success.
- Teach Algebra I classes.
Requirements
- Strong background in mathematics.
- Ability to work effectively with high school students.
- Teaching certification is not required.
Schedule
Approximately late October through early February (temporary maternity leave coverage).
