About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee and expand an academic Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) division within a consultative practice focused on high-risk maternal-fetal care. This role involves leading clinical, research, and educational initiatives, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across regional hospitals. The position offers influence over a large delivery catchment and includes responsibilities such as mentorship of fellows, residents, and students, as well as participation in research and quality improvement.

Responsibilities
- Lead and expand the academic MFM division in a high-risk maternal-fetal care consultative practice.
- Oversee clinical, research, and educational initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the division.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across regional hospitals.
- Mentor fellows, residents, and students.
- Participate in research and quality improvement projects.
- Engage in innovative fetal neurosurgery initiatives.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine.
- Eligible for New York state medical licensure.
- Minimum of five years of post-fellowship experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in an academic or clinical setting.
