Responsibilities
Establish, implement, and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.
Promote a culture of patient safety, quality improvement, and clinical excellence.
Serve as a clinical resource to obstetric providers, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary care teams.
Lead and oversee the daily operations of the MFM program, ensuring efficiency, access to care, and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with hospital and health system leadership on strategic planning, program development, and service line growth.
About the Role
Obstetrix of Colorado, part of Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Maternal Fetal Medicine Medical Director to join our well-established practice providing care to several clinics in the Denver metro area and delivery sites: Swedish Medical Center and Presbyterian St. Luke's Medical Center (Level IV NICU).
Qualifications
Board certified OBGYN
Board certified Maternal-Fetal Medicine
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience post-fellowship and Board certification
Benefits and Compensation
$600,000.00 annual salary
$50,000.00 Leadership Stipend + RVU based incentive compensation plan
$100K sign-on bonus
$15K relocation
Call Compensation in addition to salary: $73,750.00 | 20 weekday call shifts/5 weekend call shifts per year. Extra call shifts paid at $125.00/hour.
