Materials Testing Technician

Responsibilities

• Working safely on an active construction site
• Reviewing and understanding construction plans and specifications
• Performing onsite concrete testing (training/certification to be provided)
• Performing onsite density testing on soils and asphalt using a nuclear density gauge (training/certification to be provided)
• Producing daily material testing reports
• Work independently after training with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

• Driver’s license
• Demonstrates professionalism in appearance, communication and conduct
• Associate’s Degree of Construction Engineering Technology (preferred)
