Lovelace Regional Hospital provides 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical services, and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community. Our presence in Roswell also includes a primary and specialty care clinic, allowing us to better serve the residents of southeast New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with the daily inventory management and control of procedural area supplies.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
• Use analytic tools (Lawson, Epic, Excel) to accurately capture spend and utilization data in support of inventory control and management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been in Materials Management or a clinical area.

Preferred Qualifications

• RP system experience, such as Lawson.
• Warehouse organization and operational experience.
• Knowledge of Epic decremented inventory.
• Understanding of operating room products and their uses.
• Knowledge of PO pricing and GL interaction.
• Computer literacy, including MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and take action.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to act independently by managing multiple priorities, projects, and tasks.
• Ability to deal with stressful situations.
