Materials Team Lead

About the role

The Materials Team Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of material handlers and ensuring that all materials are managed efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the materials handling team
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Train and mentor team members in best practices
• Manage inventory levels and reorder materials as needed
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management or logistics
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with materials tracking systems
• Knowledge of warehouse management principles

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule
