Materials/Supplies Supervisor

SUMMARY FUNCTION

Aids in managing daily activities of tissue and clinical needs for inventory supplies across all TDS locations. Collaborates with the Manager to maintain vendor relations, assess supply needs, and coordinate delivery schedules. Schedules and monitors Environmental Monitoring (EM) for Tissue Recovery Rooms. Monitors and manages temperature control, ensuring adherence to guidelines. Ensures equipment preventative maintenance, calibrations, and scheduled cleanings are timely. Maintains facility cleanliness and adheres to FEFO/FIFO principles. Oversees hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating staff.

• Drives to all office locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor of Science degree in related field, 4 years of related experience.
• Experience: 4 years of related field.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
