Materials MarCom Manager Aerospace

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Material Communications Director, you will be responsible for defining and executing marketing communications strategies for the Aerospace market, including Composite Materials business initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategic communication plans and initiatives within the assigned budget.
• Ensure consistency with the Group's tone of voice across online and offline touchpoints, aligning with Materials products' value propositions.
• Develop and manage digital multi-channel strategies, including budget allocation, project management, and implementation of multi-channel approaches.
• Set up KPIs for tracking marketing communications performance and business results, focusing on Return on Investment (ROI).
• Manage events as part of the omnichannel approach, including strategy development and execution, and collaboration with the Corporate Event Team for Group initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or equivalent.
• Proven experience at business or corporate level, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience or strong interest in marketing communication, product promotion, and event organization.
• Interest, knowledge, or experience with using AI for content creation and planning.
• Market and product knowledge is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Group and its businesses.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with English language.

Qualifications

• U.S. base salary range: $98,720 to $123,400 per year.

Pay

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,720 to $123,400 per year. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate.
