Responsibilities
- We lead materials planning, scheduling, and inventory control to support production requirements.
- We ensure material availability for metal fabrication, powder painting, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.
- We manage inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory optimization initiatives.
- We partner with procurement and suppliers to support continuity of supply and plant ramp-up.
- We drive effective use of MRP/ERP systems and improve material flow and data accuracy.
- We lead and develop materials, planning, and warehouse teams.
- We support new product introductions, capacity increases, and continuous improvement efforts.
- We promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork across the organization.
Requirements
- We typically look for a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- We value 8 or more years of materials management or production planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
- We seek experience with complex manufacturing processes such as metal fabrication, coating, or assembly.
- We prefer experience supporting plant start-ups or major production ramp-ups.

- Competitive salary range: $109,670 - $188,006
- Flexible schedule: 15%
