About the Company

We exist to make humanity more free. Technology has historically given people more time for the things they want to do, instead of things they have to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built—but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them—with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

We hire people who care deeply about this problem space and operate with extreme ownership, velocity, and first-principles thinking. The frontier of AI is the most interesting problem of our time, and we push it forward with high intensity.

About the Team

The Supply Chain Team is tackling key problems such as:

  • Supplying tens of gigawatts of compute, the largest build-out of compute in history.
  • Qualifying and dual-sourcing across every critical equipment category, with lead-time and capacity thresholds tied directly to the forward build pipeline.
  • Making supply chain the reason we build faster than anyone, ensuring procurement stays off the critical path to maintain schedule compression as our advantage.
  • Building the most accurate supply chain prediction modeling using AI to forecast lead times, demand, and disruption with unprecedented precision.

Responsibilities

  • Own the compute and storage category: GPU servers, storage systems, and node-level components from supplier strategy through delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing, lead times, and capacity reservations with OEMs and ODMs, tied to the forward build pipeline rather than trailing volumes.
  • Dual-source every critical node configuration so a single supplier slip never stalls a data hall.
  • Track supplier performance with data: on-time delivery, DOA rates, and lead-time drift reviewed and acted on monthly.

Requirements

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would:

  • You've sourced servers, GPUs, or storage at volume from OEMs or ODMs.
  • You've secured allocation during constrained cycles by making your account matter to the supplier.
  • You read a cost breakdown and know which lines are real and which are padding.
  • You've managed supplier performance with scorecards that changed behavior, not just recorded it.

Bonus skills:

  • GPU and accelerator sourcing.
  • ODM direct engagement.
  • Total-cost-of-ownership modeling.
  • Import and trade compliance.
