Responsibilities
- Oversee materials planning and transactions to support production schedules and accuracy.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Implement systems and KPIs to monitor inventory accuracy, turnover, and replenishment.
- Develop and implement inventory planning strategies that maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
- Develop and sustain product lifecycle management process to optimize space utilization.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including freight, warehousing, and shipping.
- Ensure compliance with MHE, transportation, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead warehouse operations to ensure optimized and efficient storage for timely order fulfillment.
- Develop recurring slotting process that allows for efficient put-away and picking.
- Lead and develop a high-performing supply chain and warehouse team.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement lean initiatives and continuous improvement practices.
- Maintain strong cross-functional communication with Sales, Production, Quality, and Finance.
- Leverage ERP, WMS, and supply chain systems to drive data-based decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field.
- Progressive experience in supply chain, distribution, logistics, or materials management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of software and systems.

Pay
Hiring range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
Shift 1 (United States of America), full time.
