Materials Management Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities

• To receive, process, prepare, and deliver where and when applicable supply items and equipment to nursing units, outpatient services, and offsite locations.
• To utilize the hospital supply chain system to perform receiving and supply disbursement and requisition fulfillment functions.
• To work to resolve any receiving issues impacting PO payment with our accounts payable team.
• To process returns to vendors.
• All processes will be in accordance with existing hospital standards, guidelines, and policies.
• May be asked to drive a hospital van or box truck to transport items such as medical records, equipment, and supplies for delivery or storage.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
• DOT Medical Certificate annually for anyone who drives the hospital box truck is required.
