Materials Laboratory Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory observations, tests, and oversight.
• Communicate with the engineering staff and other applicable field personnel.
• Maintain and clean equipment and work areas as needed.
• Oversight equipment calibration, inventory, and purchasing approvals.
• Assist field and engineering staff in other assignments.
• Comply with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience required, including supervisory experience.
• Minimum of five years of field and laboratory testing methods, techniques, and results interpretation.
• ACI Concrete Laboratory Testing Technician -- Grade I or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• ACI Masonry Testing Technician or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• ACI Field Testing Technician -- Grade I or ability to obtain it within 6 months.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of laboratory tests performed by CTL|T.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CTL|T's software.

Pay

Annual salary between $85,000.00 and $100,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses.

Schedule

Evening and weekend work possible.
